I am pleasantly surprised with the company, its culture, exec team and engineering team. I am also amazed that people here are more satisfied. That tells a lot about the culture. I have participate in exec meetings. They are supportive, listen and act, with an open mindset. Same for engineering, they are smart, go extra miles to collaborate and find solutions. If you are smart, and ready to work, no question you will be part or important projects.
