The company have some good benefits like the insurance and 401k.

Cons

Company lost so many employees and never hired back, so workload is crazy and very stressful. Some departments you should not even consider going. Company used to have a good culture, but it lost it over time. Also they're now offering unlimited vacation, but that's just the trick. Basically you're so busy that you cannot take a day off easily.

The pay rate was alright

Cons

The hours were long with no flexibility, management was demanding and not helpful, the schedule was off from all my peers and made it hard to enjoy time off, everyone was demoralized and wanted out, and I am glad to be gone
