Pros

Flexible working with 1 day hybrid 13 months salary Extra token money annually Will not terminate staff or request their resignation.

Cons

To progress in the company, maintaining a good relationship with the boss is crucial. Otherwise, you may risk being transferred to the Sales or Customer Service departments. The organizational hierarchy consists of 3 non-management levels and 12 management levels. In the Marketing department, if you're an Assistant Manager or Manager with over two years of experience, you won't be promoted unless your superior resigns.
