Very nice cross functional teams. Benefits are great!

Cons

Management chooses incompetent managers to run the region. No ethics followed by some managers and they just work towards their selfish goals for getting promoted. No work-life balance. Even when spoken, manager doesn't seem to be interested to know about employees well-being!

Really enjoyed working with all the people and the tasks required of me was easy to the point I could slack off.

Cons

At the time the task required of me was manual testing and the longer I stayed, harder it was for me to get out. I asked if I could switch roles bu they just disregarded me.. I'm glad I got when I did because I really disliked the work and how it functioned. Everything was given to you last minute so I had to cramp everything in short amount of time.
