Pros

Product oriented organization. Great in house knowledge provided you become "friends" with product management.

Cons

No sales strategy whatsoever. Complete disconnection in all levels. Way too many VPs for little management skills. Branch operates like an island with employees jumping anytime they see a new boat (opportunity)

Pros

Good local management. Local management listened to your ideas of improvement. Note, once your ideas were pushed up the food chain they became the regional manager's ideas. Nice concurrent online training method. Nice employee to employee recognition system. Good computer system and organized operation methods.

Cons

Poor training for new hires. Poor supervision of new hires and their progress. Need to have dedicated trainers and HR. Low pay for industry standards. Work with numerous offices and 8 different computer systems to complete one function. Regional management and above is poorly executed. Plans for centralization of all services over a course of years (GBS) to Manila. US jobs being outsourced there. No US job is safe but they do not clearly relay this information until they are closing your office.
