Biopharm Mid and Senior Management needs a complete overhaul

Solid products and technologies. Very Good mid level technical workers and field sales force. Was a great company to work for 5 years ago.
Cons
Life Sciences senior and middle level management in the Mid Atlantic and Mid West are only interested in keeping their own jobs safe and not in the advancement of anyone under them. Poorly managed and undocumented yearly Performance Development Plans give managers free reign and don't allow for employee comments to negative ratings. CRM is a joke and poorly managed but is the only metric upon which employees are evaluated. Outside people are now being secretly tracked via cell phones and cars which is not disclosed and illegal in most states. Lead times on orders and incorrect or expired product shipments are frequent and are causing major loss in business and customer trust, truly abominable vendor score card ratings at major accounts.
