Pros

Getting paid on time. Some decent people work here. If you hate career advancement you will love Pall.

Cons

Everything else. Pall is very cheap, below average raises and salaries. Management is a disorganized mess who treat employees like trash. This is a dead end company with nowhere to go.

Pros

The winter break. My manager tried to tell me that I wasn't eligible for the winter break during my first year, but when I got HR involved, my manager was not happy that I told on them. Nonetheless, I got the winter break off. You're allowed to wear jeans to work but you will be frowned upon.

Cons

Lack of career opportunities and no training. No pay raise for 2 years straight, and 1 week salary for bonus. You will be worked to death in OT while managers and higher ups go home at 5pm.

Pros

Marketing and Technical knowledge & Support of Products. R&D listens to customers and strives to apply learnings resulting in advanced product offerings. Sales and SLS Tech specialists strive to meet customer needs. Benefits are good though costly. PTO is not set and is up to supervisor so this can be a Pro.

Cons

Upper Management is not engaged with the workforce or most Customers. Business foresight was slow to act so Plants are still way over capacity and OTD is terrible leaving customers unhappy with high prices and late or sporadic deliveries. Layoffs are handled unprofessionally as they post exact same jobs in one location and then let other associates go with no explanation this makes It appear to be more or less decided based on the associates age, gender or how Management perceives an individual. It is a Global company and treats workers with indifference.
