      high staff turn over, micro management, Mangement don't what they are doing. Most managers are fighting for their justice. Very aggressive sales strategy which is not working. Management Focusing on agressive selling instead of solutions.

      A Danaher acquisition that was great for Pall. Danaher is making a good company better.

      Cons

      The Pall management in Systems Sales needs to have a better understanding of what clients need and the ability to respond to those needs. The management team is prone to limiting innovation that would keep Pall as an industry leader

      Pros

      Commute was excellent, managment was fair in dealing with the team, and the pay / benefits were fair for a company outside of NYC.

      Cons

      Company was not transparent on their plans to sell the company and displace workers. I would have accepted the role regardless, as long as I knew what I was walking into.
