      Pros

      Offers overtime. Has all benefits the same as other companies. Nice grounds and very clean place to work.

      Cons

      Stockholders are more important than investing in the employees. Too many rules to go by. They have taken the human out of human resources.

      - Stable employment - Good benefits - Location (Pasco/Hernando Co.)

      Cons

      - No room for promotion, they rather hire from outside. - A lot of Micro-management. Management treat employees and supervisors like children. - HR doesn't exist. The whole purpose of HR is to do Corporate's dirty work. If you need help they tell you to call a number or go to a website.
