      Pros

      Relaxed atmosphere, great people, interesting work, great benefits. I'm really encouraged by what I've seen from the new sr. management team and I think the company has great potential moving forward - it's an exciting time to work for Pall.

      Cons

      Compensation is middle of the road. Staffing is extremely lean these days, and the feeling in the office is that the cuts that took place at the bottom of the recession might have been too close to the bone.
