Lots of good people working there. Some very good resources available. Some of the technology is very good with good management running it. A good place for many people to start

Cons

Communication between upper management and the workforce could be much better. All too often unclear goals were set and then middle managers would unjustly lash out at subordinates. At times things were chaotic. One single Documentation system was being phased in, which is a critical thing, however it could be very frustrating to get even simple things done. Many workers had problems with the general disorganization of the place.

Pros

New Port Richey is close to some nice beaches. Florida is great in the winter time. Some of the people working there are really nice.

Cons

Work environment suffers from constant 'emergency' projects and lack of direction. Employees are not respected and not rewarded. Exceptional effort goes unnoticed and talent is wasted.
