At local level people are not happy with management. Hostile work environment with no room for personal growth.

Pros

People are mostly kind in helping you learn the ropes. Decent medical benefits but I'm sure they have taken a hit now that Obama care is in place.

Cons

Pall runs super lean and people are stressed out of their skull. Senior management has little understanding of technical software skills and will often lay-off key people leaving others to scramble and cover the voids. Serious Good Old Boy's Club at the executive level.

Constant restructuring that left many very competant, qualified employees unemployed.
