Pros

Decision made are completely biased, huge difference between teams working under same Leadership.

Cons

1. They say that they are paying better than markets but most of the budget allocated for salaries goes in few pockets. 2. No Job security at certtain locations they will fire anytime 3. Manager of my team was not good at all, always expects more work compared to other teams and never recommend for increments. 4. Company does not give the daily allowance (60$) to employees going onsite. 5. There are lot of restricition to certain level employees when it comes to onsite travel, . Example forcefully booking tickets to travel on sunday Noght & returning back on saturday, Hotels, Flights, taxis, other expenses also aggressively monitored but contradictory there is no control at certain level.

Pros

There are some incredibly bright and hard working people at Pall. For those who drive and live Long Island the location is a plus. Vacation time is generous.

Cons

There is no job security. Lay offs this past year have been severe. Some have left big holes in the support structure.

Pros

Close to home. Employees helpful, Mgmt is totally oblivious to managing people. My job went from 2 shifts to 1 ,and I got second shift , which means just figure it out, no info at all.

Cons

1st year I got very good review, They changed my supervisor, then I could do no right. Was promised training, got 3 days, then put on 2nd shift without anyone to ask procedures, fixtures were in a drawer in another dept and not marked. Had to search for tooling, made a lot of new fixturing and organized it. Jobs are tribal knowledge and they don't share.
