      -Work load, less headcounts -for outpatient need to pay first then claim later -Can easily get terminated by Team Lead - company gave alot power to Team leads

      Autonomy when running/growing business. Company car.

      Cons

      No help from management. Revolving door for management. Change in pay structure...much less than when I hired on. Company is losing technical support for sales team.
