      Pros

      Honest and collaborative work culture. People are looking to grow the business and learn better ways to achieve the win along the way

      Cons

      Work life balance can be a challenge at times but most are willing to accommodate non-work requirements. The company is going through a large transition with the new owners and though there is definitely a brighter light at the end of the tunnel, it's a long hard steep path that will be difficult to achieve.
