      Pros

      Great company structure & culture, great benefits, decent people & co-workers, the ability to work remotely and relatively easy work are the "pros" in my opinion.

      Cons

      The "cons" of working at Pall: not enough employees in the dept which leads to heavier workloads for the individuals in the dept and the management shows little concern. Managers & supervisors seem to lack good managerial & supervisory skills.

      Good benefits, stable job, the best around Pasco county.

      Cons

      Corporate driven, decision are made out of state away from local management. Management has lack of experience on the field, and the ones that do are not listened to.
