      Pros

      Managers are very support in providing trainings and all other expenses need when out in the field.

      Cons

      All that matters is your NUMBER regardless long hours you’ve worked. You’re nothing if you dont hit your number. Employee retention is low

      Focus on Internal promotion Open to learning and moving locations Good health insurance Perks like vacation/PTO are great. Good system to work from

      Enough and more work without boundaries, but that depends on your position. Lack of readily available resources in order to do your work. Lack of adequate training to help move forward.
