      Service and customer service is a train wreck Old school methods from Dana her leader-nobody wants to talk about it Talks the talk but doesn’t walk the walk Forces out risk takers after they preach they want stretch goals and innovation No learning acceptable Forced out smart people that challenge them

      It was great working when it was Pall....the old Pall folks have hung in and are great to work with

      Cons

      Kaizen after Shin after Kiazen.. and push for OTD dominates everything at the expense of quality and Danaher Management doesn't care...about staff at all if former Pall.

      Good salary. As it's a huge company there are some opportunities for the career progression.

      Cons

      Training is non-existent, regular overtime is the expectation. Favoritism is a norm. No rewards for hard working people.
