      Great training materials, flexible hours

      Pros

      The training the company provides is great. The online courses are really helpful and you can apply the knowledge right away in real situations. I also like the flexible hours: the company works around the clock, seven days of the week, so you can choose the days and the hours that best suit your personality, as well as family, college or second job schedules.

      Cons

      At times, it's challenging to have everything accomplished on time, but the leadership is always so supportive! If you are willing to put the hard work in what you do, the company will invest in your growth and career advancement.

      Extensive training program and welcoming corporate culture

      Pros

      It's a positive and encouraging environment where I feel confident to ask questions and to collaborate. My managers help me stay focused on essential tasks; they coach, motivate and help me to reveal areas I can improve. Uncovering my true potential is a great feeling! Next come the decent pay, benefits package, and extensive training program that make working for paladin a great experience.

      Cons

      The company listens to its employees' concerns; they constantly improve policies and optimize processes of having people's best interests in mind. So I can't think of any negative aspect that is not being worked on or hasn't been improved since I joined the company.

      Really fun company to work for

      Pros

      The work I do with Paladin is unique, and the company structure/culture reflect that in a good way. They value hard work and do a great job of showing that in the form of bonuses, raises and even promotions. This has definitely been one of the top two or three work experiences I've ever had.

      Cons

      The standard of excellence is high, so there's some pressure, but I don't necessarily think there's anything wrong with that.
