A terrible company to work for.

Pros

-none, as the fourth largest company in Canada you should also be one of the best to work for. Yet you insist on paying us guards barley enough to survive.

Cons

-Terrible pay, I make $11/h to work in a hospital alone with no back up. -Forcing employees to work overtime -They see you as a number, not a person -Any attempt to unionize is quickly snuffed out by management -Constantly bullshitting employees about why they can't have a pay raise -Suck the life out of good people

-Good for entry level if you want to gain experience within the feild, but definitly not for long term employment.

Cons

-VERY LOW PAY for job site expectations!!! -treat employees poorly, for positions that require break relief you seldom receive them -very hard to advance within company...4 yrs. plus at least! and pay is still poor
