Paladin offers higher than average compensation with limited benefits. They have created a solid training program for their physical security staff. They are advocates and donors towards the fight against cancer.

Cons

High turnover and lack of loyalty contrary to the "culture" being sold as a benefit. Over promise, under deliver in terms of performance vs compensation. Constant misleading promises Senior Management (Ted Reid) NOT TRUSTWORTHY

- More training opportunities than other security companies, offered both online and in-person. - Flexible as far as picking shifts is concerned. - Enjoyed working with my co-workers.

Cons

- Always under-equipped or equipment was not maintained or up to date. - Website was not properly maintained. I was never able to access my online schedule. - Did not feel valued as an employee.
