Dynamic Work Environment, Lots of variety

Cons

Constant forced overtime, inconsistent hours, lack of work life balance, constant micromanaging, no chances to earn more than the base wage that's offered to everyone, no job security, consistent issues with payroll missing hours from paychecks, no job security, you can have your clearance pulled for almost any reason at any time and you can be out of work for weeks at a time with no recourse, management that doesn't care, very short staffed, a union that doesn't seem to do anything
