Paladin is the company that has provided me with a sense of stability. It was crucial for me that the time I accepted the company's offer and I can't be happier to be part of a reliable and growing company. My managers are professional and caring people who are always open to listen to my concerns and take steps to solve any issues that affect my efficiency. My hard work is recognized - this keeps me motivated to constantly grow and give back to the company.

Cons

Some projects can really get rough and force you to multitask, but with time, you will learn how to cooperate with your team to take the stress out of the process.

They'll always go out of their way to work around your schedule. They're super organized so it's easy for them to accomplish and there's rarely any confusion about any aspect of my job. It's not the most lively job I've had, but in security I like to think that's a good thing! Easy recommendation fro me.

I feel like I've been put in positions to progress my career from day one. Any training I've been interested has been 100% paid for by Paladin and my manager regularly let me know about new opportunities both within the company and to attain new certifications, etc. It's been great learning and growing with these guys.
