      Pros

      Good location Causal environment, you can wear jeans at work everyday if you are the 'blue' fan Various snack, wine and beer Certain senior management are really good hits. Have good opportunities to learn new things. Business and product has good system knowledge.

      Cons

      Too much politics, it can be very difficult to work sometimes. Less vision and inexperienced in regarding to technology. Hardworking taken granted. benefits only sound great as in the ad.

      you can learn a lot global reach of the business opportunities to grow recognized brand cooperative people and teams good atmosfere

      Cons

      changing ideas and priorities can hurt sometimes too many things happen at the same time bonus depending on weather can make you feel like being a part of business that sucks money away from people

      informal environment. lot of opportunities to explore at technology front. some of the best mind in industry work here.. technology team is amazing.. great blend of technologists spread across UK, romania and USA. few managers are amazing so is core platform team. can match or supercede any company in UK as far as technological advancement is concerned.

      Cons

      processes are still not very well defined .. still lot of knowledge sits in an individuals head. lot of expereinced people have parted away recently. though with teams building in romania and USA, this issue is less relevant.
