Pros

Not afraid to embrace new technology. Lots of great people, very friendly working atmosphere. In Betfair there is always something to learn and always someone able and willing to teach.

Cons

Betfair isn't for everyone, it is a fast pace environment with lots of change. To succeed at Betfair you need to flexible and don't be afraid to ask everyone is willing to help, but are probably too busy to notice you need help unless you ask for it.

Pros

As per the title, people are friendly and approachable. I find most people are really positive and optimistic about the company, but some of the "old guard" can be very cynical and nostalgic for the chaotic company of old. Company has switched in the last few years to Agile, and it's an immense improvement.

Cons

Too many people pulling in different directions - sometimes it feels that there in't a big picture. Traffic can be really bad around Clonskeagh. Rating system being introduced is controversial.
