Great place to work, pity about the redundancies

It's commitment to continuous delivery, automated testing and other processes that make a software engineer happy, like fast-paced agile process and code quality standards.

Cons

There were redundancies of 10% of IT after my first year working there, during which they asserted that next year there would not be any more redundancies. Next year there were redundancies of 50% of IT. A lot of work is moving to Romania and Portugal now. The company had some great people working for it that now work elsewhere.

Very friendly environment, competitive salaries for current company's size.

Cons

The company is shrinking day by day, lack of communication and empathy from management, micromanagement, lack of opportunities, too many meetings and too many people involved for minor decisions.
