      Dynamic, ambitious leadership, opportunity packed, industry leading thinkers, innovative, financially rewarding, focused, purpose lead, operationally strong, ever evolving!! Flexible ways of working to compensate heavy work loads.

      Cons

      Not a place for people who like routine and fixed process. You need to be able to evolve as quick as the industry does and not be precious. Could be greater collaboration across functions. Competitive drive amongst leadership can undermine this.
