Pros
Well organised with an interesting business model and they use some interesting technology. There are some good people to work with here and most of the management in technology came from a technical background which helps immensely.
Cons
It's a large organisation so there is bureaucracy. Getting some small things done especially to do with networking or hardware can take an insanely long time. They lack a real dev ops team.
