Flexible for WFH or Work from mother country. Good people are there who work as a team. Some capable key talents exist those who less political.

Cons

Early morning and late-night meetings are common, has to scarify work and life balance during weekdays. No clear career development plan in placed even you are good talented ones. Promotion and Hiring are always freeze and no consistent ground rule. HR sounds are not capable and no contribution to retain talented resources.
