Pros

Company events at head office are interesting, great discount, able to work your rota around your life easily

Cons

The most disorganised company I have ever worked for. Promised to visit my store 3 times and never did. Constantly promised to call me and didn’t. Uniform options are limited, can’t order stuff in, if you’re plus sized or very tall it will be difficult Took them 3 months to log me onto their intranet Difficult to book and approve holiday, on one occasion it was approved 3 days before Replies from management are slow I didn’t feel valued at all, this company were very difficult to work for

Pros

Flexible work scheduling model was fair.

Cons

Management pretended to care about the opinions of its associates on how to run the business, but then proceeded to play everything too close to the vest and completely disregarded the advice of it's key leaders who actually helped the shape the company into what it is today. Major insecurity issues at senior management levels, which is probably why my first review was removed, even though I didn't reference anyone by name. By the way GlassDoor, I thought this was a public forum to voice your opinion??? Forced attrition was clearly a strategy at PVH throughout 2022 and 2023. If you were part of the previous leadership group under the prior CEO, you were considered a threat and black balled. Many executives were intentionally targeted and not included in the off-site leadership conferences or the finance leadership conferences. Absolutely despicable treatment towards those of us who gave so many years of hard work to the company. Could go on forever about the amount of poor business decisions made by this new leadership group... 1. The sell-off of the Heritage Brands was an absolute steal for the buyer. PVH sold at the lowest point possible, basically an inventory deal, and those brands are now thriving today. 2. Management was warned consistently that the company was not ready take back the women's businesses in house, and now they're paying the price. Say bye bye to all that lucrative licensing income. 3. Constantly spitting on the off-price channel wholesale business, even though that's where the company makes most of its profits in North America. This has resulted in very poor customer relationships. Going to feel that pain down the road when they're trying to comp their quarterly earnings. But hey, that's what you get when you pay external consultants to tell you how to run your company, instead of building from and learning from within.
