Nothing, couldn’t wait to get out of there

Original team had 8 members and a year later shrunk to 4, complete mess in leadership and morale, hired to do fp&a and basically became an accountant. forced to be in office to “show face” even though everyone sits in an outdated cubicle. Managers take their role way too seriously, countless emails at all hours of the day and provide no support
