      Great work life balance Great people and processes Great systems This is a great corporation that does not have the usual rigid structure /politics as other large companies. People are valued for their hard work and talent, not 'who they know'. Management always stives to improve and individuals are made to feel like they can make a difference.

      The work experience varies depending on your manager, Management : very top heavy company, promotions ( very biased), do not trust their own employees when it comes to promotions..Salary scale is low for employees
