      I have been with the company for a little over 3 months - I love my work and really enjoying the collaboration!

      Pros

      Benefits are the best I have ever had. I work for the best boss ever! She is engaging, empowering and has a great sense of humor. And so too does her boss! I am doing a lot of laughing while working and this is so important to me as I spend most of my time at work - it should be fun right?

      Cons

      The various cultures add a complexity to the way I work and with 30k employees, I have to take care I am not stepping on toes, hurting any feelings and involving the right people. It's just a reality of where we are as an organization - not sure I would consider it a con at this time.
