Being involved with so many divisions is great. You have Van Heusen, Izod, Bass, Calvin, and Tommy....The discount is awesome, especially when you get it at all the stores. The company is really operational but very easy to manage.

Cons

So many things to do and constant changes with no hours to get everything done.

Benefits are great and that this is one of few companies that still offer a pension is great!

Cons

No growth unfortunately here. The new cafeteria has been a bonus but that is temporary to the mind when one needs more of a challenge.
