Lots of lifers!

Pros

Excellent benefits, pension, & vacation days. A lot of people have worked here for decades. If you find yourself in a good group of people you will enjoy it.

Cons

Very hard to move up the ranks. Not sure if this is partly due to the lifers that cause few openings at the top. Also, harder for women to get top spots. This is a menswear company. There is a boys club.

The difficulties of a big corporation is that it takes many steps to implement change. But change does occur all the time.
