flexible hours and decent employee discount

Cons

management will push you wayyyyy too hard, especially as a student. i was routinely encouraged to work late nights past scheduled times to finish recovery efforts for the store. base pay was low and after just a few months being there new hires were getting paid more than me without any subsequent raise to my pay.
