      Lots of corporate contests, corporate invested in keeping employees at all levels involved in what was happening within the company

      difficult to become full-time-many of the benefits do not apply to part-time employees

      Pros

      Worked at Warnaco for 35 years, Compoany purchased in 2013 and Warnaco facilities were merged into PVH at Bridgewater NJ. Was like a family business for most of the time. Personally was though of for many various jobs and held each one with personal pride. Every job was performed with high standards.

      Cons

      Once company was purchased it was a different standard of job satisfaction. I was traveling to NJ every week to Project Manage the data center move it was very trying on family and personally.
