Pros

The job pays enough to cover bills. Insurance, 401 K, STD and paid holidays. Offers life insurance while employed.

Cons

No chance for advancement, unless you know someone when entering employment. Gossip mill, bullying, lying too many trouble makers in one place (mostly women). Impossible to do the job given without interference of people who want to tear you down, so they can look better. Don't take this job unless you're a man or a jerk.
