      Pros

      Great benefits, retirement (matching 401k and Pension!!) , and team members. Family first oriented (summer hrs). Food at cafeteria is excellent and subsidized. Company as a whole is doing well.

      Cons

      Processes are antiquated and confusing. Information regarding processes/procedures must be self discovered/experienced. Lots of old timers doing nonsensical things for the sake of, "it's always been that way". There is a sense of pending changes with the new CIO...
