Pros

Best benefits in the industry and great training programs. Coworkers are generally very friendly and easy to work with.

Cons

Pay is not competitive at all. company emphasizes work/life balance but managers set unrealistic work loads and deadlines that interfere. Very difficult to get promoted as an entry level employee.

Fun and fast paced work. Lots of networking opportunities. All around great place to work that offers reasonable compensation.

Cons

You will get a lot of last minute projects and assignments. Also a lot of back stabbing among workers in the office.
