Low pay, conceited, selfish corporate attitude that washes over all upper management staff, start one project, get asked to do a new one 10 mins into starting first project.

They were very understanding of my schedule needs, as it had to be worked around my children's schedule. It was an enjoyable work environment as well.

Cons

Management had some favorite employees which made it a bit strange.
