Every day is something new and exciting. Decent pay and a friendly work environment. Very diverse in their hiring of employees.

Cons

Retail is not for every one. The biggest cons are the hours, since they are open until nine o'clock at night and both weekend days.

Pros

My job was very stable, but constantly changing over the years. The changes were good - technology and such that we were improving. I was promoted many times during my tenure, so the opportunities are endless if you work hard!

Cons

They decided to close all Izod stores, which was very devastating to me and all our customers.
