      Pros

      - great restaurants for lunch - People place gym

      Cons

      -Management is completely invisible (VP's to C-level) -Strategy and vision unclear -on and off reorganizations between 2023 to end of 2025 -Performance reviews and salary improvements based on favors of your managers (no guidelines) -Tech side of organization run on massive tech dept -America first (non of the other regions has anything to say)

      Pros

      Finally got snacks…but only if you can get them because most people stockpile the minute they are out.

      Cons

      You’re just a work horse to upper management until they disregard you because the numbers weren’t great that week. Not just employees but leadership is a revolving door. It got so bad, they stopped announcing when they took place. No budget to create a proper work culture but there’s plenty for the CEO to have armed guards and drivers.
