      Terrible Leadership, no direction, lack of accountability by leaders

      3 days in office, summer fridays

      Lack of accountability by leaders...especially the PVH CEO. Calvin in on their 5th CEO / President in 7 years. Stefan has fired the last 3, two of which has been his hires in the past 3 years. All they care about is cost cutting (firing people) and buying back stock. The old CEO used to invest in the company, invest in people and look to purchase brands. Lack of accountability by him is a disgrace

      - International multi cultural environment - Wonderful office with the best restaurant ever - Lovely colleagues - Beautiful poshy / fancy office space - Could be high paid salary, if you negotiate from the start

      Cons

      - 80% chance of getting a burn out - no joke. - If the manager doesn't like you, you're screwed.... - The pay could be very low. You need to negotiate your salary in the beginning. Otherwise, no salary increase for many years in a row. - No growth opportunities for Specialist and juniors. Only senior roles.

      PVH+ Plan is bad in theory and worse in practice Lack of transparency from Leadership and HR Poor VP leadership who don't care about their people and are more worried about looking good to upper management. Lack of job security, Lack of long term vision Company let go of everyone who understands the fashion industry and as a result is trying to compensate using more and more data analytics, KPI's and various metrics. In the end, you still need people who understand how this business runs vs fancy charts.
