Great colleagues but execs don’t care much about employees

The people who work there are fantastic. Good sample sales. New office with canteen.

Cons

Used to have amazing culture, with regular events, however in recent years this has really dropped off. Senior execs do not seem to care much about employees or promoting from within. Would rather high externally which isn’t good for morale.
