      Pros

      The best part of Puma is you get chance to get promotion internally. There is lot of clarity in a way each department work and you can be in a limelight if performing well.

      Cons

      Sometimes work load is too much because of less manpower than required.

      free merchandise. every 3 months you get an allotment. 5 tops and 1 pair of shoes. From the 5 tops 3 can be jackets. There's no price limit.

      Cons

      As a sales associates schedule is very flexible. Pay is very low.

      Treats employees well, flexible schedule, decent benefits, good products, no high pressure selling culture, hard working but fun atmosphere.

      Cons

      Pay isn't great, but not terrible either. Limited opportunity for advancement. Would never have left if pay was more competitive.
