      Pros

      Realistic with store budgets. Generous with pay, benefits etc. The company really does cafe for their employees. They invest in training and incentives that really work. Product discount, allotment and other "freebees" are great.

      Cons

      Constant change. The company realigns stores frequently and has been going through many merchandising changes.

      great management, great benefits, especially if you like the brand...

      Cons

      can't tell much about career opportunities as wasn't working long enough to judge, but can't mention anything else but being awfully bored on the clock desperately looking for some work to do ...)

      Pros

      If you work hard, you're always rewarded for it. You can move up quickly in the company. Smaller teams means more efficient and less dramatic workplace. Relaxed dress code.

      Cons

      Since the teams are smaller you will likely work with somebody you may not like constantly.
