Pros

PUMA provides a good mix of young professionals and long-year veterans and you can learn a lot (especially when you are young) PUMA offers high self-empowerment and opportunity to change. PUMA also has great sport opportunities and offer good and relatively cheap food in own cantine

Cons

No career plans, Human Resources not helpful on making changes High level of internal politics drive inproductivity to a level where certain departments cannot work with each other Slow decision-making especially on senior management level, slow down projects and do not provide a clear path where we want to go Old IT infrastructure does not help to work efficiently

Pros

I enjoyed working with my Store Manager and learning the basics of sales. Started when it was a brand new location and learned a lot.

Cons

Daily drama from sales associates to upper management. Promotional opportunities pretty much non-existent.
