Pros

Decent pay and the people there were very understanding and supportive. You get 40% off on top of the sales that were already going on the in the store.

Cons

The hours were rough some times getting out at 10pm or later. Working holidays and Black Fridays are very exhausting.

Pros

It was a fun environment, filled with great coworkers. I loved this company, and would have stayed longer had the economy not tanked. Allotment is a great benefit too.

Cons

The pay was less than spectacular and there was little room for upward mobility, unless you move to a separate store or have a degree.

Pros

Team members are hardworking and results orientated Travel if you can hack being away at a moments notice Discount and staff allowance (although limited product you can choose from)

Cons

Totally corrupt senior management structure who expect staff to do as they say, not as they do. Several very open affairs between members of senior management (and those that weren't were quickly fast tracked!). Other senior managers using threats, blame and manipulation to get people to comply. I have attended some meetings to try and further my career path in which the feedback given was completely illegal and immoral! One of the most indiscreet and unprofessional HR departments I have ever come across.  The company wants to fast track the business into a streamlined model yet there is never a Plan B or any thought to things that go wrong. So when they do, they adopt a blame culture because they don't have the skills necessary to support teams and motivate them to get results.
