Totally corrupt senior management structure who expect staff to do as they say, not as they do. Several very open affairs between members of senior management (and those that weren't were quickly fast tracked!). Other senior managers using threats, blame and manipulation to get people to comply. I have attended some meetings to try and further my career path in which the feedback given was completely illegal and immoral! One of the most indiscreet and unprofessional HR departments I have ever come across.
The company wants to fast track the business into a streamlined model yet there is never a Plan B or any thought to things that go wrong. So when they do, they adopt a blame culture because they don't have the skills necessary to support teams and motivate them to get results.
