      Pros

      Honestly a great company to work for. - They give you free clothes quarterly - Benefits package for full time employees is great - Pay is competitive - Overall, they have a very organized business plan, a clear demographic - Stay up to date on current business practices, an industry leader from a technological standpoint - Operationally, they know what they are doing and have a clear focus

      Cons

      - Not a lot of promotion from within - Low product levels on key promotion items - Coupon management (promotion) program could use some work

      Bad Leadership/Bullying

      Pros

      PUMA is a great brand in itself with many things to learn of the sporting goods industry

      Cons

      -The environment is not good with bullying practices from the side of superior, yelling in face and non-fair treatment. This results in high turnover and a negative atmosphere in the department. -No guidance as to the future career steps in the company.
